01What the Chamber is
An association of companies with a genuine commercial interest.
The Chamber brings together companies, institutions and professionals that have a genuine commercial interest in trade between the Ukrainian and Kosovar markets.
The Chamber helps companies establish contact with verified counterparties, documents the practical obstacles to direct supply and represents the shared interest of its members before the competent institutions in Albania and Kosovo.

03Legal basis
Registration, status and mandate.

- The Chamber is registered in Kosovo under Law No. 06/L-043 on Freedom of Association in Non-Governmental Organisations, as amended by Law No. 08/L-244. Registration number 5121200-2. Year of establishment — 2025.
- Amending law
- Law No. 08/L-244.
The Chair of the Board of UKCC also acts as the Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in Kosovo. This provides a working link with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and its regional network.
Important
UKCC is an independent legal entity and is not a division or a representative office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. These are two different statuses.

- The Chamber does not trade and is not a buyer, a seller, an agent or an intermediary, and it receives no commission from members’ transactions.
- The Chamber does not guarantee a counterparty or a commercial result.
- The Chamber is not a legal, tax or customs representative.
