SERVICES

A defined outcome, timeframe and terms.

Each service follows one format: who it is for, what the applicant receives, the applicable terms and what is required. Volumes, timeframes and fees are not published until approved.

01 — Partner search in Kosovo

For Ukrainian manufacturers, exporters and brand owners seeking importers, distributors, retail networks or industrial buyers.

The applicant receives agreed search criteria, a list of verified companies, a professional approach, a response report and introductions to interested companies.

Indicative timeframe: 3–4 weeks from approval of the brief. Required: catalogue or specification, indicative EXW/FCA price, minimum order, certificates and existing territorial commitments.

02 — Supplier search in Ukraine

For Kosovar importers, distributors, retail networks and industrial buyers considering direct sourcing from Ukrainian manufacturers.

The Chamber agrees the criteria, identifies potential suppliers and organises initial communication.

Indicative timeframe: 3–4 weeks.

03 — Sector brief

For companies deciding whether to enter a market. The written brief covers distribution structure, channels, indicative price levels, requirements and a realistic first group of buyers.

Scope, timeframe and fee are agreed after the enquiry is reviewed.

04 — Documentation and customs practice

For companies preparing a first direct shipment. The Chamber prepares written guidance on commercial and transport documents, country designation, origin, compliance, labelling and payments.

The Chamber is not a legal or customs representative.

05 — Business missions, B2B meetings and sector discussions

For sector organisations, associations and regional chambers. A format may include participant selection, a meeting schedule, interpretation and a written record of next steps.

06 — Representation of interests

For members facing a regulatory rather than commercial barrier. The Chamber collects and documents cases and submits a written communication to the competent institution.

This is not lobbying, legal representation or representation before public authorities.

Limits of responsibility

The Chamber does not act as an agent, broker, legal or customs representative and does not guarantee the solvency, integrity or performance of any company it introduces.
