MEMBERSHIP
What membership provides and how to apply.
The Chamber is a membership organisation. Contributions finance its independence, and members set priorities through the General Assembly. Contribution amounts are published only after approval.
Membership categories
- Founding — for the first intake, irrespective of company size.
- Corporate — for companies.
- Business (SME) — for small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs.
- Associate — for associations, institutions and professional organisations; without voting rights.
Criteria
- A genuine commercial interest in trade between the Ukrainian and Kosovar markets.
- Companies and entrepreneurs, business and professional associations, sector, expert and research organisations may apply.
- Companies in third countries may also apply where they have that commercial interest.
Benefits
- Founding, corporate and business members have voting rights in the General Assembly and may be elected to the Board.
- Members participate in sector working groups according to their category.
- Documentation support is included for founding, corporate and business membership.
- Partner-search and sector-brief terms follow the approved membership category without publishing unapproved amounts or quotas.
How to apply
- Submit an enquiry through the contact form or confirmed email.
- Discuss whether membership is the right instrument.
- Provide an application with company data, sector and expectations of the Chamber.
- Decision by the Board under the Statute.
- After formal approval and payment of the approved annual contribution, entry in the members’ register and work begins.
Review process
The Board reviews the application under the Statute. No review timeframe is published until it has been approved and is supported by the operating process.
Rights and obligations
- Voting, Board eligibility and working-group participation depend on the membership category.
- Membership begins after formal approval and completion of approved conditions, including payment of the annual contribution.
- Membership creates no commercial guarantee, and the Chamber does not act as a member’s agent.
- Legal, tax and customs support is provided by qualified professionals, not by the Chamber.
