Who we are
The site is owned by the Ukrainian-Kosovar Chamber of Commerce (UKCC), registered in Kosovo.
Enquiries by email
If you write to ukcc@ukcc.pro, UKCC receives the data you have given in your message: for example your name, job title, company name, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
We use this information to answer your request, to conduct the related business communication and to meet applicable obligations.
The site
This site has no online forms, no marketing cookies and no advertising trackers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device type and the route by which you came to the site. This does not include your name, your email address or anything you have not sent yourself, and your IP address is not stored in a form that allows you to be identified.
Google Analytics runs only if you have consented to analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Access and storage
Only authorised representatives of UKCC have access to the correspondence. We keep the information no longer than is needed for the enquiry, the subsequent communication and applicable requirements.
