The President provides strategic direction for UKCC and supports its development as a practical mechanism for market access and business cooperation.
GOVERNANCE
The Chamber publishes its approved governance structure, leadership, allocation of functions and accountability rules. The public leadership block is limited to institutional positions and functional areas.
The General Assembly brings together Chamber members without outstanding contributions. It approves the annual report and financial statements, elects the Board and sets membership contributions.
The Board determines strategy, approves the annual programme and budget, decides on admission of members and appoints executive management.

The Vice President for Institutional Development supports institutional coordination and organisational development across UKCC’s activities.
Communications, Media & Public Engagement
The Vice President for Communications & Media Relations leads communications, media relations and public engagement for the Chamber.
Financial statements are prepared annually and submitted to the General Assembly for approval.
Office holders serve without remuneration unless remuneration is approved by the General Assembly and disclosed in the annual report.
