LinkedInRuslan Tsilvik is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian–Kosovar Chamber of Commerce, and an expert in economic diplomacy and international law.
His professional work focuses on international trade, the representation of business economic interests, company entry into Western Balkan markets and the development of practical links between businesses and institutions in different countries.
Ruslan studied at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade. He has experience engaging with chambers of commerce, diplomatic missions, public authorities, regulators, investment institutions and sector associations.
He is the current Representative of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Albania and Kosovo. Under this mandate, he supports working contacts for Ukrainian companies, the organisation of business meetings and the presentation of Ukrainian business in regional markets.
Ruslan also serves as Secretary General of the International Association for Development of Unmanned Systems — IADUS, where he supports international cooperation between technology companies, sector organisations and professional communities.
At UKCC, he is responsible for the Chamber’s strategy, international institutional relations and the development of practical cooperation mechanisms between Ukrainian and Kosovar companies — from identifying a market opportunity and establishing contact to preparing negotiations and coordinating agreed commercial steps.
