Ruslan Tsilvik is the founder and Chair of the Board of the Ukrainian-Kosovar Chamber of Commerce and an expert in economic diplomacy and international law.
His professional work is focused on the development of international trade, the representation of the economic interests of business, the entry of companies into the markets of the Western Balkans and the building of practical links between enterprises and institutions in different countries.
Ruslan was educated at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade. He has experience of working with chambers of commerce and industry, diplomatic missions, public authorities, regulators, investment institutions and sectoral associations.
He is the serving representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in Albania and Kosovo. Under that mandate he helps to establish working contacts for Ukrainian companies, to organise business meetings and to present Ukrainian business on the markets of the region.
Ruslan also holds the post of Secretary General of the International Association for Development of Unmanned Systems — IADUS, where he supports international engagement between technology companies, specialist organisations and professional communities.
At UKCC he is responsible for the Chamber’s strategy, its international institutional links and the development of practical mechanisms of cooperation between Ukrainian and Kosovar companies — from identifying a market opportunity and establishing contact to preparing negotiations and coordinating the agreed commercial steps.
